Dream Development is proud to have become the largest residential land developer in Saskatchewan, a testament to its team of employees dedicated to building strong communities through collaboration, respect, transparency, and integrity. Over many years, Dream’s Saskatoon team has been responsible for the initiation and delivery of approximately 2,400 acres, producing over 12,000 housing units. The combined operations in Saskatoon and Regina have, over the past three years, brought to their respective markets over 3,700 lots and 70 acres for multifamily and commercial projects. Our land development operations involve assembling raw land parcels, preparing planning and engineering designs, securing necessary municipal approvals, installing development infrastructure such as roads, sewers and parks, implementing architectural controls, and selling serviced lots to home builders. Through these operations, we proudly build communities for people to call home.
